Firstly, check if the screws on the connecting parts of the generator set are loose.
Do not open the heat dissipation cover while the coolant is still hot. Do not add a large amount of coolant to the hot cooling system, otherwise it will cause serious damage.
Check the level of diesel engine oil and coolant, and top up if not enough.
When injecting fuel into the oil tank, do not smoke or use an open flame nearby, and check if the oil is clean.
Check the fuel level and add it if necessary.
Check the tightness of the cooling fan and charger belt of the diesel engine, and tighten them if they are loose.
Check all hoses to see if there are any loose, damaged, or worn joints. If there are any, tighten or replace them.
Check if there is corrosion on the battery electrodes, and clean them if there is any
Check the battery fluid level and add distilled water if necessary. If the battery is new and has never been charged, add pre prepared battery fluid
Check if there is a large amount of dust and pollutants on the control panel and generator, which can cause electric shock or cause cooling production problems.
Check the blockage indicator of the air filter, and if it is blocked, replace it with a new filter.
The site around the generator should be cleaned and unsafe objects should be removed to avoid affecting operation or causing danger. Ensure that the cooling ventilation network is not obstructed.
Observe and inspect the fuel system, cooling system, and lubricating oil seal of the unit for any leaks
If the smoke exhaust system has a drainage valve, it regularly discharges condensed water.
Ensure that the output circuit switch of the AC generator is in the (off) state (handle down)
Check the lubricating oil level and add it if necessary.
