1. Exhaust noise:

Its fundamental frequency is the firing frequency of the generator. The main components of exhaust noise are as follows: low-frequency pulsation noise caused by periodic exhaust smoke, air column resonance noise in the exhaust pipe, Helmholtz resonance noise of the cylinder, high-speed airflow through the valve clearance, and tortuous pipes The noise, eddy noise, and regeneration noise generated by the smoke exhaust system under the excitation of pressure waves in the pipe, etc., increase significantly as the airflow speed increases.
2. Diesel generator mechanical noise:
Mechanical noise is specifically caused by the vibration or mutual impact of the moving parts of the generator caused by the periodic changes in gas pressure and motion inertia force during operation. The most serious ones are the following. : Noise from the piston crank connecting rod mechanism, valve mechanism noise, transmission gear noise, mechanical vibration and noise caused by unbalanced inertial force. The strong mechanical vibration of the diesel generator set can be transmitted to various places outdoors through the foundation over long distances, and then form noise through radiation from the ground. This kind of noise propagates far and has low attenuation. Once it is formed, it is difficult to isolate it.
3. Diesel generator combustion noise:
Combustion noise is the vibration and noise generated by diesel during the combustion process. The sound pressure level of combustion noise in the cylinder is very high. However, most parts of the generator have high rigidity, and their natural frequencies are mostly in the mid-to-high frequency range. Because the response to the frequency of sound wave propagation does not match, due to the low cylinder pressure level peak in the very high-frequency band cannot be transmitted smoothly, while the cylinder pressure level in the medium and high-frequency band is relatively easy to transmit.
4. Diesel generator cooling fan and exhaust noise:
The fan noise of the unit is composed of eddy noise and rotational noise. The rotational noise is caused by the periodic disturbance of the airflow caused by the blades of the fan; the eddy current noise is caused by the airflow in the rotating blade section. The vortex flow caused by the viscosity of the gas radiates an unsteady flow noise when separated. Exhaust noise, airflow noise, fan noise, and mechanical noise are all radiated through the exhaust channels.
5. Diesel generator air inlet noise:
The diesel generator set needs to have sufficient fresh air supply during normal operation. On the one hand, it ensures the normal operation of the generator, and on the other hand, it is necessary to create good cooling conditions for the unit, otherwise the unit cannot guarantee its operation. Use performance. The air inlet system of the unit basically includes the air inlet channel and the air inlet system of the generator itself. 6. Diesel generator generator noise:
