A: The warranty is 5 years, with 5000+cycles, and can be used for about 10 years.

 

Q: Is your wall mounted battery system off the grid?

A: We can do off grid (which can be used separately from the grid and can be complementary to generators, wind energy, hydropower, etc.), grid connected (which can be connected to the grid and sold), and hybrid grid system (which can be switched between off grid and grid connected). The specific choice depends on the customer's needs.

 

Q: What is your price?

A: It depends on how you make the order. The price I am currently offering you is 1.4/KWH. If it is a bulk order, the price will be adjusted based on the quantity.

 

Q: Do you have a matching set?

A: Yes, we will provide batteries, inverters, solar panels, installation tools, and a set including solar panel accessories and installation brackets. Customers can directly install and use them upon receiving them.

 

Q: How is this set used and what is the principle?

A: This set consists of three major components: a solar panel, a battery, and an inverter (reverse control integrated inverter). The solar panel generates electricity, and the inverter adjusts the voltage and current of the direct current generated by the solar panel to charge the battery. Finally, the inverter converts the direct current into alternating current for household loads.

 

Q: Are your batteries A or B grade? Is it a lithium iron phosphate battery?

A: Yes, the battery cell is lithium iron phosphate. We only produce brand new product A, and the factory does not produce product B (dismantled/recycled batteries, characterized by fewer cycles, short service life, unstable quality but cheaper price) or cascade batteries.

A: It just different installing way, according to customers different need and space requirement. More than 30Kwh, we suggest to choose superimposed home energy storage battery, for it's too heavy for wall-mounted.

A: We currently have three types of communication interfaces: CAN, RS484, and RS232.

 

Q.: How much voltage can you make?

A: The voltage could be different as different need, European standards, American standards, Japanese standards, Korean standards, all of them are ok. Our nomal use 51.2V and 48V battery cell now.
